Open to the public. Members can purchase a stall for £10 to sell their handmade art & craft items. Opportunity for members to sell their art and craft work to the public in a HDSA Art & Craft Fair with the HDSA Café. Volunteers required. HDSA Competition ‘Life on Earth’ celebrating 100 years of David Attenborough.

11th May 2026 – 7-9pm, Irena French – Digital Illustration Techniques
Irina is a freelance digital artist who has worked on fantasy illustrations, board game, fantasy maps, book and music albums. Irina will be taking us through the digital process in relation to portrait and figurative
work

8th June 2026 – 7-9pm, Rita Sadler, Adventurous Still Life Acrylic/Mixed-Media
Rita is an artist who teaches, runs workshops, demonstrates and exhibits her work widely. She is a member of several Artists Societies and an elected member of the Leicester Society of Artists.
She lives and works in the East Midlands and has been teaching for over 25 years. Rita runs classes in various venues. Workshops are held in her purpose built garden studio.
